    Hello,

    You just need to download your profile onto your XBOX 360 console. Please follow the instructions below:

    Make sure you are on your XBOX 360 Dashboard from there push the middle button on your XBOX 360 controller and scroll down to Download Profile.

    If you do not see download profile, please make sure you are signed out of the current profile (you can do that by pressing X on the controller).

    Once you've done that, follow the prompts on the screen and you should be asked to put in an e-mail address and then a password and it should begin downloading the profile onto the XBOX 360.

    Note: This will only work if the XBOX 360 has some sort of storage device in the console. So if your USB Flash Drive was the storage device you were using with no other storage at all you won't be able to download the profile without another
    USB Flash Drive or a hard drive.

    I've logged onto xbox and my account has disappeared with my gamer tag ,,how has this happened .actually whenever I buy and downlaoad a game I have trouble getting into my account ,,I've changed my passwords and can only get onto my sons game tag not mine
    ..lost my friends and trophies ,,how do I get it back???

    In order for this to work correctly you would need to first download your daughters XBOX 360 account onto the XBOX 360 that purchased the Family Gold Pack. You can learn about how to download the profile
    here. Once the profile has been downloaded to the main XBOX 360 console please follow the instructions
    here in order to be able to add your daughters account into the Family Gold Pack. After that process has been completed
    your daughter is free to move her console to whichever XBOX 360 she would like and go to friends houses to download her profile and play to her hearts content.
