    My sons profile has been hacked and is being used,they were able to change details of the account,i now cannot even recover it from microsoft because of that,anyone able to help

    Keep getting signed out of XBL

    either that or uve been hacked because my old profile Exploder36 was hacked and i didnt kno until i found out sum1 used the trojan horse virus 2 access my old account

    Account signed in elsewhere problem

    I keep getting kicked out of games because it says my profile is signed in elsewhere. Now am on probation. Are profiles being hacked?

    why would they ask you to pay

    suspension for payment option is not the same as comprimised account

    if you are just disputing charges because your son wasn't supervised thats different and invalid comprimised account case



    as previously stated if you open a comprimised account case it does take time to investigate just like the police

    The "hack" being referred to is not Xbox profile wise, but multiplayer wise for that game.
