profile gone and cant connect to cloud saves

Try this: disconnect internet (configuration, network options), turn off (energy saving), turn on and reconnecting internet.

Just give a try to this:

1. From your console Settings select Network settings and then Go offline.
2. From your start settings select Restart the console.
3. Repeat step 1 but select Go online.

This should temporarily fix this issue.

 

I am having the same issue, is Microsoft gonna take action, because I really want to play my games and see my friends

 

Hi all, here is a fix as I had the same problem..no friends no GS, etc.....I got this via the support person I spoke to. Worked perfect for me:

1. Delete your account from your console.

2. Go to Settings - Disc & Blu Ray - Blu Ray. Select 'Clear Persistent Storage'

3. Go to Network under Settings. Disconnect wireless (or unplug cable if wired) and then select 'go offline'

4. Turn off your console by holding the button for 8 seconds and unplug.

5. Wait for 3 minutes minimum to clear the cache

6. Turn on and boot up.

7. Go to Settings and select Network. Go Online.

8. Download Profile again.

This worked perfect for me. Hope it helps!

 

It was a Problem in the System and today launched a Update and fixed the Problem. I had the same Problem the last 3 days and now it all works fine again. So Update the Console to fix it, thats All. Best regards Stefan
