profile gone and cant connect to cloud saves

on update 10.0.10586.1015 since then console is showing no Gamerscore even though achievements are there. Cant get saved games on any games. them is wrong colour too. But everything is ok on the xbox website

my cloud says offline for all my bc games.

Ladt week halo reach stopped working and when i booted it up finally the cloud went offline. Tonight downloaded backwards compatible black ops and also says the cloud is offline . Im logged in and connected with my profile but 360 game saves cant be attained . Any help appreciated

 

Cloud save games keep vanishing

well cloud sucks. my xbox one syncs and saves then a few hours later my save games are gone vanished into thin air. I am so disappointed we cant choose to save to our hard drives and we are using the cloud.

 

I've got the same problem. rang microsoft and they told me to look on the forums.

 

I am having the same problem without gamerscore without friends list, without being able to save in the cloud, no picture appears Player nen settings as background or foreground color to the Xbox ONE, THEN THIS UPDATE !!!!!!!!

 

I'm having this problem too, started today. Support told me it was a Xbox Preview issue, due to an update, and that it should normalize soon, but I'm not sure.

My gamerpic is gone, I have no gamerscore and no friends lol. And I can't sync game data.

 

That summed it up just leave console off til tomorrow I guess

 

Wish I had *** seen this before deleting and recovering my profile to try to fix the sync issue. Now my Fallout Dave is held hostage by this ***, and my Tomb Raider save. So my Xbox is basically useless to me except as a media streaming box. Good *** work

I've same problem after that update!!! I´ve already sent my request to leave Dashboard Preview Program.

I've got only problems after join in this program!!!!!!

 

I have a similar issue .. I'm in the preview program too but everyone has the new dashboard now.

Yesterday My account was fine (17th/11/15) tonight i sat down to play BLOPS3 and got the following error

After rebooting several times etc etc i decided to remove my account and re-add it

I now get a bland screen and no friends list etc, no gamerpoints and no themes

Is there anyone from the technical teams available to talk with ?, i spoke to an advisor who got me to reboot the xbox then told me that i need to browse forums as they wernt trained in preview dashboard issues ....

 

Folks .. just to follow up on this...

I removed my account again, went to settings > Network > Advanced Settings

IP Address > Automatic

DNS > Automatic

Alternate MAC > Clear

Reboot then add your account back ...

This worked for me.

Not sure why this would make any difference as mine were set to automatic already but perhaps the clearing the Alternate MAC address made a difference.

Try it ...

 

Called up MS and a PP rep said that they were aware of the issue. Expect a fix soon.

Those who are affected by this, DO NOT remove your account. There are no conventional fixes on the users' end.

 

I'm having the same problem. Tech support had me follow the steps DannyB 81666 listed. No help at all. Just a good waste of my time. Guess I can just curl up in bed and watch Hulu on the ipad and hope they get this cleared up sooner than later.

 

I have the same problem but can still play online and ranking still showed up in cod even when i selected play offline.

 

Have the same problems.....not able to play games online, or watch twitch , or see my friends online...

Tried the stuff with clearing the alternative mac adress and now it is working for me!!!
