    Profile error


    Hello,

    When I try to play a online match on FIFA 16 it gives me the following error; ''Your account does not have the permission to access this feature''

    I've been having this error for over a week now and I can't get rid of it in any way, I've had this happen before and then I would just not play for like a month and it dissapeared all of a sudden.

    - I am a gold live member

    - I do have my account settings being an adult, so there's no way its being restricted due to age issues.

    Any help is welcome because I'm getting fed up with this Profile error :(

    Got glitches?

    Have you ever "broken" any of the games you were playing in terms of a save file or something else? I once forgot to login to the correct profile while playing Prison Break, and when I realized the error and switched profiles, it corrupted my save file to being on normal mode, when I was originally playing on advanced!

    HELP PLEASE!

    I almost wonder if IGN has workers randomly make profiles that do what they can to make Xbox look lame.

    Why on earth would any regular person come here make a profile and ask this question.....A Pro-Sony company like IGN on their payroll, slowly makes "Help Me, Xbox Errors, etc." trying to veer people away.

    Are you using the same credentials to log in here that you use on live? If so you are only showing silver here.

    No I use another one, I just had Origin on the phone and even they confirmed I was an xbox live gold member.

    Have you tried logging out of your profile and logging back in? If that doesn't help maybe try removing your profile completely and the add it back. Let us know. Good Luck!

    Thanks, well at first my problems started when i couldnt connect because "another device had been signed into my ip address and i had to change it. After i did that my xbox would randomly dissconect me. I called again and they had me do some basic stuff
    and after that things were ok for a small time, but then my xbox live started running very slowly and i couldnt connect to matches or join friends or partys. I called and they had me do other things but he just came to the conclusion that my router must have
    something wrong with it because of the flashing red light but my xbox has been the only thing effected. My friend brought his file and he joined a party and his uncle in borderlands 2. Yesterday somehow he managed to get me in the match with those two as well.
    I was not able to do this until i turned on my controller and joined through split screen on my file

    Hello Orchestra, I'm sorry to hear you've been having so much trouble with this. We definitely want to get you online! Can you let us know exactly what messages you get when you try to sign in? Word-for-word would be best. Please include any numerical codes
    as well.

    You also mentioned that a friend came to your house with their profile and did not have such issues. Would you be able to try at their house with your profile? Let's see if the issues stay with the account. Thanks, and welcome to the Forums.
