Profile downloaded, gamertag erased.

Hiya, this is actually the second time this has happened to me. I got the error that "Sorry, this profile can't connect to XBox Live on this console," and that I would need to re-download it. So I did and it signs me in with a random new gamer tag. The
first time I set up the account, I did the 1 free change, and when I downloaded the account, it changed it, and I had to pay to switch out of the generated name. Only I couldn't use the name I had first chosen because it said it was taken. So I had to pay
$10 to buy a new tag, and now it has just happened again. I am not going to pay another $10 dollars to have my name changed from what I already paid for, and I would like a refund on the initial charge if possible, since I was basically forced into it.

Can not share achievement with facebook

The 0x00001f4 is a profile can't be loaded error. Have you recently erased and downloaded your profile.

I re-downloaded my profile and when i did it erased all my in game saved data... how do i get that back???

First you need to erase from your Xbox the data of your "old gamertag" And then go to Recover gamertag or Add gamertag in the profiles from your xbox.

Now introduce the data: Email and Password to access.

If this works Xbox will download now the new data of the gamertag and it will change.

DLC is licensed to both the gamertag and the console it was first downloaded to. This means that any gamertag can access the DLC on that console without needing you to be logged in.

If you are going to sell your console, ensure that the profile is completely erased. It would probably be a good idea to format the hard drive itself just to be sure.

sorry im still quite new what do you mean by erasing your profile from your hardrive and downloading it again if i erased the profile wont everything disappear
