Profile Download Error - Maybe this will help

So a friend of mine had this problem the other day. We chatted about 4 hours and tried everthing we could find, with no success. Then we came up with the idea to connect the Xbox One to a different internet connection. Yesterday he went to another friend
with his x1 and connected it to the internet. He could download his profile without any problems on the other connection. So if one has this problem and the opportunity to get to another inet connection and connect there, this should be worth a try. Hope I
could help a bit.

help new 360 update failed w/error code

Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 and i guesss ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

Please help me. Thanks.
