    Please help. We purchased a refurbished Xbox 360 from game stop for my son for Christmas and he still can't access Xbox live. When he attempts to play a game via the Xbox live the following message pops up: Connection profile doesn't have the correct permission
    s to access Xbox live functionality. I've spent endless hours trying to figure it out and have run out of things to try. We are both very frustrated and would appreciate any help too get my gamer gaming.

    Correct in English shall be: "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality".

    Have checked all settings and it seems OK.
