    Profile doesn't have permissions


    Hi, My kids log onto our 360 with my account on PVZ and have not had any problems. However for some reason we are now getting a message saying that my Profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live. I'm guessing it's something the kid's
    have done...They said they changed the profile picture, but nothing else. It still seems to have the right details - but any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Your best bet is to talk with the enforcement team here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/home

    If you think it was a mistake or there should be no reason for the suspension, follow the "How Do I?" link to submit a case review to the team. I hope this helps you :)
