Profile doesn't download completely

Hello,

I'm german, so i hope you understand my problem.

I want to play Gears of War 2 on the Xbox One of my boyfriend, so far so good, the game works,

my boyfriend can login, but when i wanna login in the game, too, there comes an error.

My Profile isn't downloaded completely, i have to download it again, but if i do that, the Error is still there.

(German context:"Ihr Profil wurde nicht vollständig heruntergeladen. Laden Sie Ihr Profil erneut von Xbox Live herunter.")

I hope someone can help me and knows this problem.

Xbox Live Problem

Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. If that doesn't work then remove your profile from the console completely then re-download it. Let us know. Good Luck!

Single Profile Login Issues

If clearing the system cache three times in row doesn't work, try move your profile to the USB flash drive and then make sure it is completely removed from the Xbox storage device,
delete profile only if necessary. Now try download your profile.

Try doing a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back
up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

And when I wanna start the game, Xbox Live is disconnecting.

But I don't know if that is part of this problem.

Hi Siar Wie, Are you able to log in your profile at xbox.com?

Are you getting any error message? If yes, May I have the exact error message or code?

Do you have your own gamer profile for Gears of War 2?

Hi Siar Wie, may I ask, does your profile have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. If there's none, then ask your boyfriend to set his account as Home Xbox. This would allow his profile's Xbox Live Gold to be shared to your profile.

Hey Gib, sorry to hear about your profile! Okay, first off, we'll want to delete that corrupted profile. With that complete, try downloading the profile again, as it should work at that point. If it doesn't download, please try connecting directly to your
modem with an Ethernet cable, to see if that allows you to download your profile.

xBox LIVE account country registration is Philippines. Still have to check the profiles. How would I know it is corrupted anyway? Thanks.

What is the status code your getting along with the Unable to download profile at this time?

Have you checked to make sure there are no corrupt profiles already in the storage device? You can do that by going to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Gamer Profiles?

What country is your Xbox LIVE account registered to? You can check this information
here.

Follow these Steps:

Add your Microsoft account on an Xbox One console

You can add your Microsoft account to any Xbox One console. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

If you’ve forgotten which email address is associated with your Microsoft account, see the Lost Account Solution.
Enter the password for your Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
