    Hi all, i am at work, and thought i had the profile set up, but my son is at home and the message he is getting is "Profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live". Can anyone please talk me through what i need to click or tick to sort
    this out. Thanks a million in advance.

    You need to have a gold membership subscription in order to play online:

    www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold

    By the way if your child is a minor I suggest you to not let him play adult themed games like GTA 5.

    Correct in English shall be: "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality".

    Have checked all settings and it seems OK.
