    Profile disappeared


    Hello,

    My account was banned last week, which I'm ok with as I was still able to play offline. But yesterday, after accidentally signing in to that account while xbox was online, I got the usual account suspension alert. But the issue is after that my profile disappeared
    from sign in. It shows up in "Add and manage" but nothing happens when I try to log into it. Offline it does nothing, online I'm greeted with suspension alert message, but the profiles completely disappeared from sign in list and cant get on it whatsoever.
    I understand I cant play on xbox live but now I cant even play on it offline? Banning me forever is 1 thing, but now this?

    Profile Disappeared

    We are still attempting to get a solid reason from microspft why they banned my 10 year old from xboxlive; however, he has been playing his non-live games for several weeks without a problem. Yesterday, his system hung-up so he tried to reload his profile.
    Now his entire profile has disappeared including his non-xbox live achievements and purchased upgrades. Does anyone know how his profile can be recovered? Thanks, GB

    Disappearing Profile

    Not to worry, I managed to resolve the issue myself by moving my profile from my moveable hard drive to the main x box drive then downloading my profile directly to the re moveable drive.

    The error code that appears when attempting to download my profile is 80070005. The message that comes up is 'Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.
