Profile corrupted in USB need help

Been playing all day but when I switched from one game to a different one my profile got corrupted.

Tried to move it off the USB to the hard drive but didn't work.

Now trying to download it back to the USB will it work?

Profile keeps corrupting!

Hello, I've had my profile on a USB stick for 2 years, no problems.

All of a sudden my profile keeps corrupting! I've changed USB sticks, cleared caches, but every time I download it to the HDD and move it to the USB stick it gets corrupted! I've cleared caches etc. When I try to download it to a USB, I get an error message
800h something, but I can download it to the hard drive fine.

I need it to be on a USB as I switch between 2 Xboxes constantly, in different rooms.

Why is this happening all of a sudden, and how can I fix it!? I'm so sick of not being able to play games because my profile is constantly corrupted. I've tried 2 different USB sticks now.

Please help. Also other profiles are fine, just not my profile. I'm so sick of it.

 

Corrupt Gamer Account

You will need to make sure you delete all corrupted content and then instead of downloading the profile in each console over and over again, just keep your own profile on your console and use a USB Flash Drive to download the profile onto there and use it
at your boyfriends house. That should solve the issue with multiple corrupted profiles.

 

USB flash drives are so unreliable, Microsoft should warn against using them. USB magnetic media or SSDs are great though. That being said, if your USB stick has corrupted, you're out of luck.

if your profile got corrupted be sure to check the profile section in the storage, it may contain a corrupted profile, if so please delete that and clear the cache afterwards before trying to download your profile again.
