Profile Continuously signs out

My profile signs me out when i go to netflix, avatar customization or when i start a game up, why?

Account won't stay signed in

I stay signed in on the console, it just signs me out if xbox live & I can connect right back. It's continuously checking security then signs out. It's not the console, it happens on other consoles as well

Can't sign into any of my xbox profiles.

I recently had a problem where I couldn't sign into any of my profiles on my xbox. It would just continuously try and sign in no matter what the profile and I would get a error message saying i couldn't sign in. It didn't matter if it was my xbox live profile
or a regular on. Eventually though it signed in, has anyone else had this happen to them? I couldn't even access the guide or anything on the xbox.

Hi Withered Demise,

I have seen this before, my friends have experienced this too. Try to do the following:

Clear your System Cache

To do this go to your Settings, System, Storage, then Hover over your Hard Drive OR Memory Unit and Click Y and Press the Clear System Cache Option.

If that doesn't work try to contact support. Fill out this little form and it will pick options for you to contact support here:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

it clearing the cache fails and before contacting Xbox Support, deletion of the profile and redownloading it is another good options to try.

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

2. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

3. Turn the console off.

4. Turn the console on.

5. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the sign-in troubles with your Xbox Live account, to check do you have your profile on any other Xbox One consoles? It sounds like it might be getting signed in from a different console which is causing troubles on your end. If you haven't
tried already, give your password a change to see if that clears up the issue.

I do not know if you have ever tried to put new batteries in the controller. If, even with new batteries, the problem is still present, you must try to connect it with a cable to the xbox. If it is a simple XBOX, the USB port is located on the left of
the console. With the cable, if the controller still disconnects, I invite you to look at the solutions on the Microsoft site : https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution .

What do you mean "signing him out"?

Does he get a message that he is signed out because he's signed in on another device?

If so, it might be that someone else is (ab-)using his account. In that case follow the instructions for a compromised account here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution

If just the controller is disconnecting, troubleshoot the issue by connecting the controller with a micro USB data cable (it has to be a data cable, as phone charging cables often have no data lines.
