    Profile Broke? Can't connect to live!!


    Hey I got on my xbox yesterday only to discover that my profile no longer is working. It keeps asking me to put in my email and password and after I do, it pulls up an error and trys to get me to check my internet connection. I know my internet isn't the
    problem because my other live account that isn't gold works just fine, please help!!

    I have Gold until 6/7/2017 but I've been trying to play online black ops 3 but it says this profile isn't allowed to play online. Please help

    The profile you are currently posting on does not have gold.

    If you have bought gold for this account, you may have a billing issue.

    It's a different account than the one I'm logged into, and I was on phone support for 2 hours yesterday.

    the mega millions that broke my xbox this update broke my connectivity to live so the update is pointless now...

    whenever i load a game it immediately disconnects me from xbox live.

    whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"

    I hate you....

    I hate Xbox one. 360 was good but I'm taking this piece of *** back... And if they give me any issues, I'm raising hell. You can't connect with friends, can't sign in, can't connect headsets without the controller *** up. I'm done. The only way they can
    make this right, is if they refund my 12 month live subscription, give me a new game (batman), and an extra 12 months free. I've wasted so much time on this stupid console, and almost broke it a dozen times even though it came broke from the manufacturer.
