Profile been on account needs update for months

Thanks for the reply. Both the PackerBackers6 and HolyHOGRider accounts have been on the Xbox 360 over a year. I hadn't logged in using the HolyHOGRider profile for at least 6 months until I tried to re-associate email addresses 3+ months ago. Additionally,
neither have been moved from this unit, although PackerBackers6 is used on both this unit and the one in our family room. Would the fact that PackerBackers6 is used on two 360s and would, therefore, need to be updated when accessed from a different console
cause a "download" and then "reset" the 30 day timer?

If that is the case, would I then need to delete the PackerBackers6 account from one of the consoles and then not use it on that console for 30 days?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand there are issues with your account. Have you logged onto the
account website or Xbox.com to see if it has been rolled back there? You may need to

uninstall and reinstall your profile on the Xbox one being its been a while since you played. This will update your profile.

I have been going around this problem for over three months now and this new login issue is highlighting that here in th UK the kids accounts having been auto created by Xbox Family Centre now they are migrated the process has not been though through. The
kids are locked out of their profiles as they need my permissions and I cant log them into account.live.com as I am either greeted with a requirement to complete a Credit Form which only validates in the USA or just recently as the last 24hrs I am told that
the account lacks a fullname or birtdate and I need to fix this by visiting account.live.com at which point I circle round the problem of login, give permission, get told the account is not complete and get logged out. So this is a UK bug which goes back
months and is still not being resolved; What MS need to do is issue a app update to enable us family centre member creators to go ahead and enable our kids accounts. As it is the Xbox One purchase is cancelled for Christmas ; the Kids dont want it now as they
dont want to have something which might not let them log in as their accounts and profiles.

Unfortunately, the gamertag does exist.

The problem is that the account just isn’t active. With this inactivity, the account doesn’t show up when you attempt to search for it.

I had a great gamertag idea a few months ago and had the same issue, but after contacting Xbox Support, they explained the issue to me.
