Profile banned. What a *** service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello microsoft has a *** service!!!!!!!

They don't care about People that give money about 6 jear long on xbox 360.

They banned my profile for no reason. !!!!!!

Al i do is ask to my friends on live if they whant to buy my old 360 and now they say i whas offering *** to earn money or ms points.

I have send a massage on that forum but they are to stupid to say it is ms fold and unban my profile and say sorry.

And they ar stealing 8 months xbox live and my season pass!!!!

You can talk with whoever you like but it will not help your case any. The rules talk about selling any part of the service. Online games and game items are part of the service.

 

Service Status

What is this with the Service Status of the Eastern Side? And it tells me I am banned. ??? How did i get banned?

No one is stealing 8 months live or a season pass from you.

When you are banned you forfeit any remaining live time,dlc etc.It states this in the terms & conditions you agreed to when you started your account.

And yes they are stealing from me.

no-one is calling you a child and we do understand your frustration at this time - it may well be a misunderstanding but the only way you will get an answer is by posting in the section daft badger gave you - this goes direct to where the enforcement team
can show you why you were banned (the evidence) .

Also as stated it's not classed as stealing as you ticked to accept their terms which includes if you break the rules and end up banned everything associated with that account is lost- sorry

 

I has posting there but it is now 5 days en still no proof and only a answer what i did but i dont do that so it sucks

 

be patient they will get back to you , but they are the only ones that can - just pop another message in the thread asking for the reason.

 

Posts in the suspension forums have to be approved before they will appear.

This can take several days.
