    Profile ban.


    My son has had his profile banned but unable to find out why or a contact number to discuss this with someone, as he has spent lots of his pocket and Xmas money on games and xbox live to have it wiped. He has gone on enforcement page and there is no details to ask for a case review. He is registered as an adult but is a teenager. He believes someone has reported him for a joke a few times and this has caused the ban.

    There is nothing or anyone else can do about this here. You are going to have to take this up at 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes, console bans,
    and other enforcement actions.

    You Can click here to get started. Just explain the situation like you did here.

    Note- When an enforcement action is taken, information is immediately sent to the Microsoft Account e-mail associated with your Gamertag.

    Perhaps you are asking the wrong questions. If they keep telling you the forum is solely for the purpose of learning the reasoning behind individual XBL suspensions then that tells me you are not adhering to
