    this is the third time that i have went to play halo4 and it tell me it was unable to upload my info and wont let me start the game where i left off. I have to start from the very beginning again. i can see my game save on my hard drive. I don't know my
    its not loading. This will be the 3rd time im starting from the beginning after completing the first 5 missions. PLEASE HELP. all my other games are fine only this game is doing this.

    Have You Ever Modded (Not Saying Its Good) If So I Would Back Up Your Profile On Your Pc For Safety Reasons Like If A Power Surge Erased You Hard Drive (Happend To Me) I Do This With All My Saves. Ps I Dont Promote Hacking/Modding

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing profile and memory issues.

    Let's start of by seeking a explanation for this issue.

    • Did you or anyone else accidentally press the Format option at your Hard Drive options?
    • Did you or anyone else accidentally delete the profile including all items associated to that profile?
    Now, you can re-download your profile from Xbox Live, but you cannot re-download all of your saved games etc.

    To re-download your profile, please follow the steps listed in this handy support article: Add or Remove Xbox Profile on an Xbox 360 Console

    Nobody deleted or formated anything. It seems to me something else has happened. Why hasn't Microsoft said anything about this problem? I'm not the only one having this problem.

    It sounds like your Hard Drive is having some issues here. Do you have a 3rd party Hard Drive by any chance?

    Nobody deleted or formated anything. It seems to me something else has happened. Why hasn't Microsoft said anything about this problem? I'm not the only one having this problem.

    Your save file could have become corrupted somehow. Have you tried deleting the game save from you hard drive and starting again?
