Profil wird automatisch abgemeldet

Hallo,

habe seit kurzem das Problem, das seitdem ich die Xbox One über Wlan nutze, das Profil nach der Einwahl in Xbox Live abgemeldet wird. Danach muss ich mich wieder anmelden. Woran kann das liegen?

wie kann ich die automatische verlängerung deaktivieren?

Hab schon im support nachgeschaut. Da steht anmelden>mein konto>automatische verlängerung>deaktivieren

Ab 'mein konto' komm ich nicht mehr weiter, weil ich diese 'automatische verlängerung' nicht finden kann. Es wird auch im support nicht beschrieben wo genau das stehen soll. Also ICH kanns nicht finden auf 'mein konto' .

Weiss das eine von euch?

Hey !

Ich kann mich mit meinem Profil auf meiner Xbox nicht mehr anmelden

Da steht Fehlerhafter Inhalt. Ich hab schon Gamertag retten versucht aber das klappt auch nicht

weil dann ne Fehlermeldung kommt, dass das Speichergerät nicht richtig sitz oder das da nicht genug Speicherplatz ist, aber da ist alles oke...

Gestern ging ja alles noch und als ich heut an gemacht hab hat es nicht automatisch mein Profil geladen und ich kann es auch nich anmelden

Könnt ihr mir irgendwie helfen ??

thank you for your response. The guide seems more to be for connection problems.

Till now I discovered that this problem does not happen everytime only sometimes.

I think sooner or later i have to connect it again via cable.

 

Thank you for the clarification. If I'm understanding correctly, you're using a Wireless Router which over time is causing you to disconnect randomly and use an Ethernet cable to connect correct?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!
