    So I just bought a xbox360 for my kids and they are playing and have a good time and me also. I thought I try to buy a game and created a account on Xbox market Place and then I bought a game. It said that the game would show up in my games on my console
    when download was ready. So after a few hours I start up my Xbox and logged in on my normal profile on Xbox, then I tried to connect and wrote my, name, email and password. Now the Xbox saying that this profile i beeing used by Another profile???

    So I tried to make a new profile in my Xbox 360 with the exact name of the one that I created on marketplace, trying to logg in and the same message gets up. I dont get this. How does it work.

    is the Little profile dude in the Xbox the same that I have to use on marketplace? how should I do to be able to play my game that I just bought??? I dont have Xbox live...

    If you can connect to Live before recovering your account then you shouldn't lose any achievements. If you can't connect to Live without recovering first, then you will lose the achievements.

    File a complaint on them, or you can call support and open up an unauthorized access investigation, however, you are responsible for events that occur on your account

    On your console you need to log into the account that you created to make the purchase. What you really should have done is log in to Xbox.com with the account that you already had and made the purchase that way but now you will have to use the account
    that made the purchase.

    if after you submit an unauthorized access claim and they find it was not you that modded the score they WILL remove the cheater brand but the reset will still stand you can earn your score back but ONLY on games you have not played yet or your other only
    option is to create a new account and start ALL over again, sorry.

    If your account was stolen, that is different than like your brother doing something ( example ). Then you should call support if you feel you were fished, hacked, etc.

    What you really should be happy about is that they did not ban the account, since it did use tools that broke xbox code.

    Modding GS is the same as Modding avatar colors (in methods)

    But everyone with a modded avatar is ban, and modded gs have a scarlet C on there profile.

    Sorry, but when you receive a gamerscore reset, your zone is set to cheater for good. Also, any games that you have played before the reset cannot have achievements earned in them.
