    so it has happened more than once where a user uses OBVIOUS profanity in a text message through xbox and when I report it NOTHING HAPPENS!

    When I use that word and they report it, I'm instantly banned. Why isn't the same happening to them?

    There is a big difference if profanity is used in story. And when you use profanity against other players. Maybe if there will be one time Role-Playing game, where you be eligible to be rude etc... But now it is against the rules.

    video games have different ratings for different things but xbox live is rated e for everyone and profanity breaks xbox live terms of service.

    Profanity has always been a violation of the code of conduct. You may not have had a report for it before which is why you weren't suspended before.

    I'm sorry, but that is complete BS, when it comes to games rated 'M'! Most of not all profanity is given within that type of game only, because most of them are so intense. If a child is playing the game, which they always are, then that is on their parents and again, the game itself usually has profanity that it plays while online. It is completely ridiculous and idiotic that the game plays profanity, while online, but if their player does, the jokers at Microsoft will suspend or ban them.

    Absolutely [Mod Removed- Inappropriate] not. That is not how rights work. The only reason they get away awity breaking human rights is because the law allows them.
    Human rights don't have the law backing them up all the time. However the law backs Microsoft up in this case.

    Do NOT be stupid about this and just stick to the facts.
