Discus and support profanity banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I really would like an answer to this serious question.     I really would like an answer to this serious question. How come when little teenagers cuss you out on Xbox playing a **** game they shouldn’t even be playing I’m the first place and you report them and they don’t get banned but the instant they report you
    then you get banned immediately and for two weeks? This is **** and honestly why I think Xbox shouldn’t even have an enforcement policy considering people abuse it half of the time anyways and everyone in the enforcement team is just like oooh banned oooh
    banned without a second thought.

    How do you know they don't get banned?

    The enforcement system is not an automated service, all reports are looked at by real people. Because of this, when you report someone, it may take some time for this report to be processed. Also, your report has to be valid, it has to be a violation of
    the Code Of Conduct for any action to be taken.

    Don't be fooled into thinking that just because you reported someone, nothing happened, because hours or days later they are still online. Also communications bans affect just that, communications - users can still connect and play
    other players, unless they keep breaking the CoC, in which case an account suspension will be enacted. Plus, you will not be informed if your reports result of a suspension.

    bans are lifted the same time of day a they are placed so if you were banned at 5pm it will lift at 5pm. the only ones who can tell you why you were suspended is those in the suspension/ban forums near the bottom of the main page. but by the time they
    ever respond do you and they usually do not respond to 24hr bans it would have lifted. and for such a short ban it is usually something in your motto or bio that violated the code of conduct. you have to make sure that you have no profanity or any profane
    words or words that imply profanity or profane words or they will just suspend you again for an even longer period the next time.
