Produit défectueux

Je tien a dire que le support Xbox one est juste infecte.

Je m'explique.

je me suis acheter une Xbox one il y a peine 2 mois.

Etant un joueur Xbox, je suit la ligné de la generation suivante.

Xbox ( 2001 ) Superbe console

Xbox 360 ( 2006 ) Superbe console

Xbox one ( ..... ) Cette console es la pire de sa generation !

Je precise aussi que j'en suis a ma 2ème Xbox one.

Je deconseille donc a toute personne d'acheter ce produit qui a certe un prix abordable, mais niveau succes .....

j'ai un casque "Tritton modèle Trigger" et le câble de connexion du casque qui est reliée la manette et au récepteur est défectueux.

Et Les problèmes sont :

- La garantie : car pour enregistrer le produit sur le site officiel MadCatz.com, il me faut une facture, or je ne l'ai pas car c'est une récompense via Le championnat de France de Forza 3. Et malheureusement la preuve était dans un email que je crois avoir
effacer;

- La procuration : en effet, je ne sais pas dans quels magasins ou sites internets je peux me procurer ce nouveau câble de ce genre car la panne est localisée mais la recherche, elle, est plus compliquée.

Merci de bien vouloir me conseiller concernant la garantie de ce produit et m'aiguiller pour la procuration de cet accessoire défectueux.

j'allume ma Xbox elle s'éteint 2 secondes après. J'ai donc décidé d'ouvrir le bloc d'alimentation et le problème est que le ventilateu
