buenas noches,mi xbox tenía una falla asi que lo envié a reparación,como no tenía idea como enviarlo ni donde estaba la falla,lo envié completo la consola,el
mando y cables de conexión,ayer me lo regresaron pero solo me enviaron la consola,se quedaron con el mando y cables,asi que no tengo manera de revisar si ya funciona,me urge que me los regresen,no tenían por que quedarselos,que voy hacer yo solo con la consola?
Necesito que me ayuden con un correo o telefono para contactarlos por favor,es urgente ,gracias.

Incomplete Product Budle

I purchased the XBox Kinect last night at Best Buy, the packaging said I would get 3gams (2 downloadable+1Disk) In the packaging there where only the two cards to download the games. I went to Best Buy to ask them where the onther game was and they said
there was nothing they can do about it. Is best Buy keeping the 3rd game? or is there a packaging problem at XBox?

Hi Rioichi,

Thanks for coming to the forums. The best thing to do in this case is to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
