Production problem in xbox boxes

I notify you that the boxes of xbox that have inside two small plastics left and right (9 hours and 3 hours) cause the disk is tight and can be damaged by the edges. Xbox boxes from Red dead redemption 2, or Farcry 5 have this
problem .

They are the boxes that have this form in the center.

Are you pressing down on the center of the three pieces when removing the disc? It is not advisable to just attempt to pull the disc up and off the center post without pressing down on the center.

It could just be those two cases were damaged somehow. Did you buy the games new or used ?

Have you considered packing all the xbox products you own into a box and selling them on Ebay?

That will surely fix all these first world problems you are having.
