    Product shipped to customer Where is my xbox one?


    I shipped my xbox one on August 3rd

    Microsoft received it on 8/8/14 I Got a courtesy email

    on 8/11 I got a update of "Product shipped to customer" on
    myservice xbox

    There has been no fedex movement for 4 business days

    Please help

    A few weeks ago, I sent my Xbox One back to microsoft so they could repair it. On July 1, the service center website said "product shipped to customer". But I tried to track the package and the tracking number couldn't be found. Now it is July 7 and the
    tracking number still cannot be found. What's going on?

    You should try contacting Fedex with the tracking number you were supplied with to find out what's going on.

    I live in India and cannot place a service repair order for my XBOX ONE X which is under warranty

    I have the same problem with an Xbox One X I got in the U.K., I'm living in Mexico and can't use the warranty, the customer care chat person recommended me to ship the Xbox to the U.K. to make valid the warranty.
    That is one of the problems with buying things in countries where you dont live. Warranties for most products are only valid in the country where the product was purchased.
