    Okay so I had requested a refund on the 12 days ago but have got nothing into my bank account and after checking it says 3 - 5 days, i thought i would contact customer support and talk to them directly but it wont let me talk to anyone but a virtual assistant that just keeps sending me the same link of my previous orders. How do i get to talk to a real someone about this?

    It depends on your bank and yes that's why they are telling you to wait

    You gotta remember you are still responsible for charges while you wait

    And it depends on where you are in the world vs the us

    If it's isn't north America thwn banks tend to do batch refunds meaning whenever they do their monthly batch of thousands then you get processed at the mainframe

    No-one on the forum has the ability to deal with accoun specific things...you need to contact support as described above.

    Regarding the refund, if it was the initial request that was refused, you can reply to the refund denial email and give more detail and is more likely to be approved (no guarantees though).

    Incidentally, whilst you can claim a refund within 14 days if you are not happy with it, the system also takes into account how much you have played it (fair usage)...if, for example, someone has played a game 30 hours in those 2 weeks, then that would be considered too much time played for a refund

    You can request a all back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    Sometimes the refund time can take longer due to the bank as well.
