    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you purchased something through a website. If the purchase is not made through Microsoft/Xbox directly. It will not show in the order history of the Microsoft account. You will need to check the order
    history of the website or app that you are using. If you can provide any additional information we will be happy to assist you further. For example what was it that you purchased?

    recommend to View your Xbox purchase history online section so you can compare their purchase history to your
    bank or credit card statement. It may be a possibility the purchase was done on a different account so double check that info.

    By any chance have you tried to get ahold of our Live Support? It may be faster process if you request a callback or chat with an agent online.

    1. Sign in at xbox.com.
    2. Select Contact Us.
    3. Choose your category. (In this case, Xbox One.)
    4. Select "No Thanks" when presented the virtual agent.
    5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Games & Apps - Backcompat catalog)
    6. Select to Request a call from Support.

    Hey there! Can you log into account.microsoft.com and check your billing history there? If it's showing up there as purchased, try logging out and back into your account on the console and see if you can download it then. Thanks!
