    I had purchased a game for cross platform play and it says I need to use the product key in my account (which is the same one I bought it in) but it keeps coming up with a message that I cannot redeem this product at this time even though it says everything
    is fine, is there a problem with my side or is their something I don't know right now?

    The only way to get the product key is to follow the instructions on the page and if product keys are unavailable then you will just have to check back later(Check every few hours)

    GTA IV sign-in on xbox for windows live doesn't recognize my product key,, so I entered it on the xbox.com redeem code page where it was recognized The game is still asking for my product key and not accepting it saying it's invalid, so I cannot proceed

    You should contact Xbox support.

    If you have another account that redeemed the product key, that account will be able to access the forums.

    If you want to access it you should have redeemed the product key.
