    Product dissapeared from account


    I recently switched computers and by doing so Forza Horizon disappeared from my library as well (Microsoft store library). I went to check in my "recently purchased" on the Microsoft site and I couldn't find the game receipt. I went to the Microsoft support
    but i got redirected several times and at the end i gave up.

    Are you using the account that originaly bought the game as things do not just dissapear from your download history.

    Sorry but you will not get a refund.It will be in the download history of the account that bought it.Items don't just dissapear from your download history.

    If you have the confirmation email that Mojang sent about the migration process in the Microsoft account you want to use to purchase the game, and you have the email sent from Mojang about the Minecraft purchase. I encourage you to reach Microsoft support with this information and review the options you may have regarding this matter.
