Caros, gostaria de uma solução para meu problema.

Adquiri o Game Driver Truck em Setembro, porém apos pouco tempo de uso, o game apresenta problemas técnicos, bugs, Crachs, não consigo passar da cabine do Caminhão, por isso solicitei um reembolso, após, reinstalar 5 vezes seguidas o game, resetar meu xbox
2 vezes, retirar minha conta 2 vezes, por isso não consigo jogar o game, estou no aguardo do cadastro da Microsoft no Procon de Santa Catarina, para assim abrir a reclamação, mas já abri no reclame-aqui, já entrei em contato com o suporte, já pedi reembolso,
foi negado, tentei das formas amigaveis, porém sempre fui barrado, então vou solicitar ajuda do procon. agora se quiserem resolver de forma amigável, entrem em contato comigo por email ou telefone

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately we cannot assist with refunds on the forums. All we can do is provide advice on how to resolve issues, answer questions, or lead you in the right direction to find the right answers. You will need to
request a refund through Xbox customer support.

Have you done a complete
factory reset on your console? if you haven't, then I'd recommend trying everything available as far as troubleshooting goes and a full reset is a last resort. Accounts on the console will be removed and you will
need to re-connect to your network during the setup. Make sure you have your account's login information so you can sign back in during the set-up.

You should also contact the developers to report the issues you have experienced with their game:

If you still want a refund for this game, then you will need to request it once more from customer support.

Aconteceu a mesma coisa com o lançamento do windows 8. O pessoal chegou a reclamar com o procon e o produto teve que ser vendido pelo preço mais baixo. Registre a promoção com fotos, como você já fez, e faça a reclamação com o procon. Link da reportagem:

Tried no luck lol. He's still sitting in the same spot in sens fortress. I knew i shouldn't have left those doughnuts there. Looks like i have to wait until ng+ i guess*sighs*. Thanks for the response though Isaac.
