You could try doing a hard reset or you can go onto your Xbox controller and hold down the Xbox button, and then press restart or restart Console. It will not delete any of your stuff on there, but it will just reset.

Hello. I'm not sure what game you are talking about, but I'm willing to guess that it could be because you are a free Silver member and most online game interactions require a Gold membership.
