Problems

For the past few days I have had nothing but problems with my Xbox one, yesterday I bought triton Kama's so I could have a better playing experience without bugging my parents, well apparently with all headphones with the adaptor, that has proved useless,
have a serious echoing problem, now I have to have my game and chat down to a low volume so that my friends cannot hear gunfire or any other noises coming from MY console... (That part is my complaining, here comes my real problem) now every time I accidentally
unplug my headphones from my controller, the controller disconnects from the console and I cannot re-connect it unless I give the Xbox a rest, I never even play that long anyways... Also my kinect sensor unplugs and replies itself about every 30 seconds, making
it hard to use at all, I have checked all the connections and all is fine. As for the games of the Xbox one, the graphics are great and the gameplay is fantastic, but the Xbox one it self has been very unsatisfactory, honestly I have had problems since my
old live account got banned permanently from xbox live after I had done nothing...

So currently waiting hours on end to go online, now I know you have issues with social and gaming however I brought your product and today is my only day of this week which basically I was looking forward to go online with a few friends and my plans ruined!
I’m really really mad after paying for your services that don’t work! My hard spent money for nothing! I want the source fixed or i’d gladly chuck this xbox one out the window!

These sort of outages do occur from time to time on both XBL and PSN. Good luck with the 3 months of free gold. i'm sure we will all be credited for lost time if it's a major outage.

 

I had the same problem a while ago if I accidentally unplugged my XO Seven's.. it seemed to have resolved itself after a while.

 

To reconnect the controller press the small button between the triggers. It should then reconnect it.

As for the Kinect problem, if it turns on and off randomly, it might need repair. Mine did that and i had to send it in to get fixed.

As for the echo problem, that can be the mic on the headset being too sensitive. I have had that problem on a few pc headsets.

 

The only way that I have been able to get my controller to reconnect after the same issue is to take the battery out, hard reset the xbox one by holding the power button for like 5-10 seconds, and then powering everything back on. That seems to do the trick
for me every time. As for the echo, on the stereo chat adapter, there is a game volume button at the top left. Press and hold the said button until you hear a beep. After you hear the beep, then press and hold the volume down button on the chat adapter. After
doing that, press and hold the lower left button on the adapter until you hear another beep. That is the chat button. Then hold the volume up button and you should not have any more echoes. I hop this helps. It is what i do and it works great.

 

I did the hard reset but every single time it unplugs I have to do that, as for the echoing problem I will try that today.
