Problems withs extra pins for PayTV while watching with LiveTV and OneGuide

Hi folks,

I really love to watch TV over my XBox and it's very nice that I can watch TV with my XBox One at all. But there is a problem with the PayTV from my cable provider Kabel Deutschland. Because of German laws it is necessary to enter a pin into the receiver
when I try to watch a program before 22:00 when it is only inteded to be watched by persons of 16 and older or 18 and older. The pin that I have to enter is 4 digits long and unfortunately I have to use my remote over and over again whenever a new film/episode
starts where I have to enter that pin for "teenager security".

Can you maybe implement an IR blaster functionality to one of your next updates? The characteristic of such a screen is that there is no audio, maybe you could use this special circumstance of the screen to implement a kind of "enter the digits XXXX when
receiving no audio for at least 5 seconds through HDMI-IN" or something like that? Just as a suggestion

Stuck!! Won't go to OneGuide or LiveTV

No wiring changes. Been same way for @ least a year. Won't go 2 OneGuide or LiveTV. Goes 2 same YouTube video but thinks it's on LiveTV or OneGuide. Tried using the Game Controller, Xbox Remote Control, Kinect Voice commands & SmartGlass on iPhone. Unplugged
from pwr 5 mins, pwr'd up, & "Crap!!!!", same *** YouTube video. Please help!

 

Press X for OneGuide no longer works

I noticed that after the XBOExperience update, pressing the X button no longer launches OneGuide.

In addition to that, I can't pin OneGuide...when I try to pin OneGuide, a pin tile is instead created for "TV".

Does anyone know if there is a way to accomplish the above tasks? Thx.
