    Problems with Xbox Support


    Is anyone else having problems with requesting a call, requesting a service repair?

    My Xbox Series S turns on Initially (Sound and Light) then turns off. I have tried all suggestions, all troubleshooting ideas. But I can't request a call back (error our end), and error message when requesting a repair.

    Hey Xbox Fan,

    Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try
    uninstalling one of the two apps     by doing the following:

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button
      on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
    Afterwards, simply reinstall the app and test it out. You might also want to make sure there is nothing else causing this by

    running a connection test     on your Xbox. This will give you any indication of overall service issues. Hope this helps! :D
