Problems with Xbox settings - possibly causing errors with in game ourchases

when trying to access certain tabs via Xbox settings through my consol I am unable to load them. So far it only seems to be 'payments and billi g' and 'subscriptions'. When I click on either to load them a slightly less dark rectangular box pops onto the
screen with a white line moving across (pretty obvious a loading screen) it then changes to the more common white circular loading screen. after a short time that disappears and a message pops up reading 'please try again later - sorry there's something temporarily
wrong with this page, whilst we fix the problem you could try going to account.microsoft.com'

well it's been a couple of days now so I don't think it's that temporary and it has certainly not been fixed.

Second evLee since I have noticed this problem within my settings I have also had problems with purchasing in game content directly from within a game. From the dashboard fine but in games like the division and especially on FIFA 17 where I am unable to
buy any points.

When tryjng to buy in game i get the same same sequence of loading screens as when trying to go onto the tabs via Xbox settings and am then taken straight back to the game with no purchase made or eeror message?

I have bought before from both games mentioned and it seems when when it takes me straight back into he game without making a purchase it's at the point where it should ask me for my payment method??

Netflix shuts down my console.

So for me I went into the settings and turned my console from always on to power saving mode as it was causing problems with my cable box as well. Then I power cycled and I haven't had problems with it since.

Sorry to hear about the issues with purchasing content. What steps have you tried in troubleshooting this so far? Have you tried to remove and re-download you profile on the console yet? Are you noticing any other issues on the console?

You would have to ourchase the games digitally in order to be able to play them in the all digital console. Otherwise, the disc has to be used in order for the system to see you have a license which would not be possible.

It is possible that the problem is with the other persons settings, and it is not your settings causing the problem.

If you just ourchased Game Pass, and not Ultimate, those codes will not redeem for the full months of ultimate

It is still possible to join parties/multiplayer games while you're appearing offline, so I don't think it's related to that. The problem is more likely to be caused by NAT.

One of you probably has the "Strict" NAT type, which may be causing you these issues.

You should both check your NAT type in the Network Settings.
