    Problems with xbox rewards sign up


    hi, ive been a member of xbox live for years now and signed up for xbox rewards straight away, every time i go back to my xbox rewards account it says i have to re sign up and wait to days, i have been through every channel i can to get this sorted but has
    failed. Xbox accounts team says my xbox live account is in order and no reason on their side for the problem and posting here is my only resort left. I have lost out on thousands of points because of this even more now that ive spent £229 yesterday. Please
    please please help me as im now just going around in circles.

    MONEY APPEARING IN MICROSOFT ACCOUNT!?!?!?

    Have to be signed up for xbox rewards. Just go sign up, doesn't cost anything so it's only a bonus

    GOT MOVED HERE FOR NO POINTS ON REWARDS SIGNUP AND FOLLOW UP STUFF BUT I SEE SAME PERSON RESPONDING

    No the signup for xbox rewards was done on xbox dashboard from 2 seperate xboxes the surveys was done on the xbox rewards webpage and the automatic xbox gold renewal is done on its own but we suppose to get 10 points for each month as i said only my account
    has the problems with no points showing up for the 800 bonus sign up

    Hello demolitionwindy,

    We see that your account was registered into the program, and then opted out of the program a few years ago. Did you just recently attempt to rejoin the program? If so, can you roughly recall what date you attempted to re-enroll? If you have not attempted
    to re-enroll recently, have you had a gamertag change in the past?

    Thankyou for the reply, ive never opted out but had a gamer tag change about 6 years ago. But since the change ive tried to enrole with no luck and even spoke to xbox live customer services many times to try and sort it but no one would help. Ive had loads
    of points due over the years but no way to collect them as xbox customer services kept on fobbing me off. Please is this sortable and is it possible to backdate the points due. Thanks

    Hello demolitionwindy,

    As mentioned previously, you registered into the Rewards program on April 27th, 2013, then chose to opt out of the program on November 17th, 2013. Since you were no longer a Rewards member, you were not eligible for any Rewards Credits. We can only Reward
    activity done while in the program. We see that your recent re-enrollment on the 20th was successful, and you are now a member again.
