    Problems with xbox repair service


    Hello, I'm having an issue with my elite series 2 controller(rb button only works if pressed multiple times).

    I contacted the support, shipped it. I waited about a week and got the ups parcel.

    I tried the controlley they send me. And now the right stick had an issue, it was drifting down.

    So ai did it again, support, ups bla bla...

    Got the pacel another week later and now the right handle is clickin if gripping harder and it doesnt even connect to my xbox, with and without cable( yes I pressed the sync button first on my xbox and then on my controller).

    I had always good things to say about the support and repair service, but now...

    I'm just frustrated now...

    Is there a way to get a brand new one?

    I boght the controller on 06. July 2021

    So I'm in the 2 years warrenty.

    But I bought it in an store called Saturn. I dont know if they are only in germany. I live in germany btw.

    Oh, and I dont know if I can send it back to the store cause the controller has a different serial no. now...

    What can I do....? Problems with xbox repair service :(

    Sorry to hear about this situation, currently, due to the time it has been since the purchase, don't think the store could do the exchange even if you have the original serial number one

    You would need to request the warranty again, I understand that you have done it 2 times know, and you have the bad experience of getting it damaged also, however that's the proper process, but what you could try is that on the comments section during the warranty process request, describe the situation, that you have already send it back 3 times, this has worked for me in the past

    Hi there John welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience with my Series X, the good thing is that I contacted Microsoft directly, not Xbox, a Microsoft agent walked me through the process and I didn't pay again!
