Problems with xbox profiles not matching account

I am not on console. Im on PC. And I doubt resetting my internet will do much of anything seeing as my internet works just fine.

Thank you very much for letting us know, but to refresh the system I would like you to go over the steps below:

Access Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console

You will also need to sign with the account you're using into Xbox Enforcement | Home to see if there are any actions made.

how do I check for actions made ? where do I click on linked site?

edit: I think I found it. It says I have perfect record.

just to be sure, does the country region specified on the console match the country region specified on your account and matches your actual location?

If so then you could also try removing your profile, restarting the console and adding your profile again. Keep in mind that you will need the account credentials to add the profile again. For the steps on how to add or remove profiles see this link:

All details on both your paypal account and your microsoft account linked to your live profile has to match. Sunch as the name they are registered in, contact info etc. And also the region on your MS account/Xbox must match that of your paypal account.
