    Problems with xbox one x connection and locking in immediate startup mode.


    Every time I turn on the xbox it appears disconnected, there I go in settings, network put in offline mode and then online, or take the network cable and put it.

    It is not Router or Network cable, I have fixed ip, reset the console and even reinstalled the last update. It seems that this problem is happening to several people.

    The other probelma is when I turn it on in immediate startup mode, when I turn on the xbox again it is not turned on by the control or the remote control, then I go on the button and it beeps, then I can turn on the control or the remote control, starts as
    if you have completely turned it off.

    Thanks for reaching out! When you say you've reset the console.. do you mean the complete factory reset (keep games and

    apps)? (
    How to reset your     console to factory defaults on Xbox One ) Make sure before resetting your console.. that you know

    your email and password to your microsoft account because you'll need to redownload your profile and reconnect to the wifi /


    network. Also, try unplugging your Xbox from the power supply / power cord for at least 5 minutes in the back of the Xbox.


    If you're still under the 1 year manufacturer warranty for your console, you do have the option to set up a repair.

    The Instant-On feature on the Xbox One, One S and One X consoles can cause compatibility issues with the on board switch inside some routers, I would suggest you try turning off the Instant-On feature on your console and try connecting.

    To turn off the Instant-On feature on your Xbox One, One S and One X consoles:

    1. Press the Xbox logo button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings > All settings.
    3. Select Power & startup > Power mode & startup.
    4. Select Power mode and change the setting to Energy-saving mode.
    5. Once the Energy-saving mode has been selected you should no longer experience disconnection issues.
