    Problems with xbox one s


    Hello, I recently bought a xbox one s, and i've had quite a lot of problems, first of all whenever I try to download any game or app it just stops, and after resuming the download it just stops again.

    I have only been able to download 1 game and whenever I try to play it, it just either crashes or it just appears that it was disconnected, plus its really slow, I know it isnt problems with Internet, because I have great wifi, I can download 2gigs in 5 minutes so idk wth is wrong with it

    power saving mode boot question

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.
