Problems with Xbox one live TV

Everything was working well, but now when I use the guid on my Humax free view box the system just freezes,

I tried using another HDMI cable thinking this would correct It but no. I have now just connected the Humax directly to

the TV and completely bypassed the Xbox so I can still watch TV, is anyone els having the same problem?

Xbox Live having trouble with my new TV.

Well, to start off the problem is occuring whenever I try to connect to LIVE with my new TV hooked to the Xbox. My old TV works fine with LIVE, but the old TV has some audio problems so we got a new one. The new one does not allow me to connect to LIVE.
I have a Xbox Arcade. The New TV is a Dynex 32" 720p. I am currently using a wireless connection.

Try doing a hard reboot by holding the power button on the front of the console until it shuts off then unplug from the outlet for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug it back in and power back on and see if the tv app is working normally. Hope it is.

 

I have tried a hard reboot a couple of times but not unplugging it, I'll give it a go, cheers.

 

Did a hard shutdown and unplugged it but it did not work also toggled the Video

settings but still the same problem, I'll try emailing someone at Microsoft and ask

If it's a problem they are aware of but thanks for the advice.

 

Yes Microsoft (Xbox one) are aware off it, foxt2 they just say pre-July version download the memory stick (which Xbox one you have call them for) then it will sorted.

But you will have to August one to be sure.
