Problems With Xbox One control

Good Night, i wish to know how i see the ID Number of my joystick. It is the version who comes with the console, it did not come in the box, just in bag inside the box console. He is presenting problems in the LB button, as if with bad contact. And to
contact with Microsoft, you must know the ID number of it. Grateful already

Problems with control xbox one

Some do have issues with controllers but many others do not experience any issues. Unfortunately, you appear to be one that does have issues and with two separate controllers. I am not really sure what your question is or how you attempted to contact support.

Problems with control xbox one

I'm a Microsoft customer for at least 5 years. At the beginning of this year, I got an xbox one, who came accompanied by their respective control. However, in June of that year, the RB button of that control, broke. By consulting the repair services on the Xbox site, I chose to buy another control. Thus, in the same week got a new and after a month of using the same of the new control button broke. Because of these facts, I began to search for sales sites and noticed that there is a great demand for RB buttons xbox one control. This shows that apparently this problem occurred with other consumers. To reinforce that perhaps it is someone defect, I note that had since 2012 until the beginning of this year the Xbox 360 and the control of this version never had any problems. Which is why I was surprised with the same defect in two xbox one controls. I tried to contact a number of ways and could not. So I created this post and hope to be understood at the outset thank the attention.

dont plug it in to update like they tell you my pad wont work any more wont even switch on

This problem is caused by xbox controller, because wireless xbox one controller have so much problems

1 Day one Xbox one controller.

1 Elite controller.

And no problems.

Bought an Xbox 360 controller mostly every year because of thumbsticks deadzone problems.

So for me,the choice is easy.

I'm not getting the Xbox one elite 2 controller. I didn't get the 1st one why would I get the 2nd one. the 1st one a lot of people had problems with. I've had problems with a regular Xbox one controller, so why would I buy a controller that is 3 times
the price of a regular Xbox one controller.

If it works with a different Xbox One controller I would begin to expect the controller as the problem.
