Problems with Xbox One Connecting to EA Server

I am regretting purchasing the xbox one. It is frustrating when the problem of the xbox one not connecting to the EA server is continually occurring and has been for the past 7 months. Subsequently, online games cannot be played because of the EA server
not connecting. Support has been previously contacted and we were told to unplug and shut down the xbox one and reboot it. This does not help the situation. There is no one to communicate this issue with verbally. Where is the xbox one support for the
customers! This customer needs the support of Microsoft after investing money into the xbox one and it's games for several children.

cant connect to ea server...

any one else having problems connecting to ea server. loading screen never ends and you cant go back!!!

Cannot connect to EA Access Hub X1

My xbox one is having problems with EA. I have never been able to connect to Need For Speed Rivals. And now with the new EA Access Hub, I cannot connect to EA servers to even create an account.

All my other X1 online activity and gaming is fine. I can play multiplayer Titanfall and all other games no problem. But the stupid EA thing is clearly an issue. The NAT is open and all internet connections are just fine.

EA servers are kept and maintained by EA. If you have issues connection to their servers check this support page of EA:

The servers are connected. If EA servers have a problem, also Microsoft has one.

this is not a problem on your end, it is EA that is the problem. EA forces us to use their servers and EA drops old games from their servers in favour of newer ones that are played more. also sometimes their server is crapping out with so many connections.
so when you boot the game its connects through live first then connects to EA...and boom!!! disconnect issues (but your still connected to live)

EA servers are renowned for being unrealiable.

Just because you are having disconnections doesn't necessarily means there is a problem with your xbox or connection.

EA's servers are controlled by EA not Microsoft. You should contact EA support.

This can be also problem with EA Servers. If you are connected to Xbox Live without any problems, please try to contact EA Support.
