    Problems with Xbox music


    Hi there

    For some reason I cant play my music on my windows phone or on my laptop.

    On my phone when I try and play music it comes up with the message:

    Can't Fetch Rights

    Sorry we cannot get the rights for this song. Please make sure your time and date are correct, or try again later.

    Now this has been the same for three days now, I have tried syncing my phone everytime as well as turning it off and on again with no luck.

    When I try and play music on my laptop I see the following message:

    Can't Play

    You've used up all your downloads for this item

    0xc101002c

    When I search the error code, there seems to be no record of it!

    Can someone please help??

    What happened to xbox music?

    I agree. I had a huge music video collection with a lot of music artist that I grew up with. But when the system clicked over the videos won't play and the XBOX Music does not have music video capabilities. I hope that they fix these problems.

    Xbox Music app stops or stutters on songs, requires reboot

    The Xbox Music app is great when it works, but mine keeps having problems with stuttering or completely stopping during playback. A system restart usually solves the problem. Is anybody else having problems with this?

    Does your device have an active Internet connection when this happens?

    If not, make sure that it does and try again. It may just need to refresh the information about your subscription.

    If that doesn't help, could you log in at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and under Subscriptions, check whether it says you have an Xbox Music Pass? We just want to confirm that it went through.

    I just tried to do the free trial but somehow purchased it without even choosing the 9.99$ payment option. How can I get this serious issue resolved,? And how can I resolve the overdraft it caused my bank account!?!!
