    I recently bought both Sniper 3 and EA NBA live for $10 each. I have re-downloaded and installed the game 6 times and both do not work after install. Sniper 3 goes to the load screen and then turns grey. For EA NBA , after I accept the terms the screen
    goes blank. It is ridicules that I bought both games thinking that they were such a great deal and I have not been able to play them for a week.

    Why aren't MSFT employees regularly checking out to make sure games work when downloaded. Why are they going to fix this issue from XBOX marketplace. Nothing but problems. How do I get a refund? If both games never worked? This is beyond ridicules.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds to see if that solves the issue.

    If it does not and you would like to see about getting refunds for the items then you'll need to contact phone support for your region. If you live in North America you'll need to dial 1-800-469-9269

    Having the same problem with my xbox one, had it 3 days and worked fine for 2, this past day has just been constant disconnects after around 10 minutes of play time, but immediately reconnecting to xbox live.

    Tried all kinds of things to get this back but seem to be getting nowhere.
