Problems with Xbox live

First thing is first what Microsoft needs to understand if that the "GAMERS" they are so desperately trying to protect with there flawed reputation system and banning people because they were being mean to someone. ARE the people who get banned for doing
some trashing talking (i don't wanna hear about how smack talk is only ok if both people are ok with it, or no cursing cause that's bad) xbox live was great back in the 360 games now its just overrun with sjw and Microsoft trying to appease them because they
think they are there demographic or are trying to include everyone. i got news for you I AM the gamer you should be trying to protect i put thousands of my HARD EARNED MONEY into the products they sell, yet i am punished because some snot nosed little 3 year
old was offended because i called him a noob or told him to shut the "heck" up when he was whining because he lost. Its the parents job to parent them not Microsoft. If you want to fix the problems on xbox live start with the CAUSE NOT THE EFFECT. meaning
that yes maybe it wasn't my best judgement to call someone a noob or calling them a meanie stinky head, but if you want to stop that look at the players we say it to cheaters, people using glitches, hackers, or just in general playing with low sportsmanship
but then we get punished for losing our **** in the privacy of our own homes but they walk away Scott free ready to go **** another person off and get them in trouble? These children that report have nothing better to do then to try and get someone banned
but they get there parents to what buy them 1 game a year on their birthday? no that is not a gamer that is a child with nothing better to do. protect your actually fan base Microsoft not these children. Ok maybe i should not have called someone a meanie stinky
head but you are not parents miscrosft quit acting like it and go back to how things used to be on the 360 where getting banned actually meant more then just because you called someone an a hole. The problem is this people we as a community need to stand up
and tell these people that we won't stand for anymore garbage just like we did with the kinect and just like we did with xbox drm **** before the release of the one. if you want things to change to what they should be don't be so complacent because IT NOT
AFFECTING YOU BECAUSE IT WILL SOON ENOUGH YOU'LL GET HEATED THEN FIND YOURSELF WITH A 2 WEEK BAN BECAUSE YOU CALLED SOMEONE A BAD NAME. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS TO THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM WE HAVE NO BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT ENOUGH AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO
ACCOUNTABILITY NO MATTER HOW MUCH GARBAGE MICROSOFT WOULD LIKE TO PUSH IT. i'll be playing AN M RATED GAME and have some 5 year old report me for saying a bad word of being mean when every 5 seconds the characters in the game are brutally murdering one another and
cursing at the top of there lungs when they fail a reload you want to be a parent Microsoft kick there 5 year olds off an m rated game. also you need to learn the difference when someone is being "nice" or tiptoeing around to purposefully get someone in trouble
because they know how broken this entire system is. they win the game you get messaged with a taunting remark or LOL because you rage quit and they continue to be jerks when get **** and tell them off its our fault and they get no punishment. but then when
we turn around and report them for the sportsmanship we are told that we were banned because we reported them purposely trying to be malicious? ****? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I once beat someone in a game and for 3 weeks straight every day i was told to **** i reported
him each and every day and never was he once banned. i tell someone to quit being an a** and i'm banned the next day.bottom line is broken and needs to be remade from scratch.

I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

 

Can't play ANY games whatsoever.

Network connection test says my network is fine but xbox live is experiencing problems. Any idea when the problems with xbox live will be resolved?
