    In the beginning of december, we purchased a three month xbox live voucher for my son. Which should not run out until march. However he can.not get on line as he keeps getting a message saying xbox live has expired. Any advice please as we are getting no

    Same problem for a few weeks now, trying everything but no luck.

    Console straight away muted at start up and this happened after I used a voucher for Xbox live.
