Problems with Xbox Live [Staff Please Help!]

I have been having this problem for about a week and a half now i have contacted xbox live support over the phone six times now

and yet have i been helped to fix my issue with Xbox Live.

Problem: No matter what i am doing on xbox could be starting a game, playing a game, watching movies or TV, just on the dash board doing
NOTHING and i will be disconnected from xbox live then i try to connect it gives me the Error code :
8015190E which i can test my connection it will be working perfectly fine i dont lose connection to any other device but Xbox so its not my internet.

Things i have been told to do to fix it
BUT THEY DON'T WORK:

-Cleared System Cache

-Deleted Account and Redownloaded

-Reset Router

-Contacted My Internet Provider

-Changed IP

-Reset Network Setting To Default

-Deleted Everything Unneeded to me off of (HDD:0)

SOME PLEASE HELP ME i don't know whats wrong and i'm ready to sell my xbox because this isn't right for me to have this much problems from XBOX its self.

Lots of people have a first name and year of birth on their gamertags. It does cost to change your gamertag, there was a special offer of it being a bit cheaper, not sure if that is over or not now tho.

Also with the profile delete and re-download did you complete the steps exactly like this; deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times, restart the console and then re-download the profile?

I actually got the same error last night after constantly disconnecting and power cycling the console and the router fixed it, but I have to be honest, in my experience this error code can be a wide number of different issues.

 

none of them work to be honest

i have done everything that xbox says to do plus some

and NOTHING has worked

 

Damn, well unfortunately that's all I will be able to do, sit tight and hopefully our resident expert will be along to help or one of the support staff.

 

Have you tried your xbox on a different network? Maybe go over to your friends place with your console and try there?

This way we can see if its the console or the network that is causing it.

 

Hey there MysTiK!

Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well (it this is not a single unit).

Also, is your console wired directly into your router?
